Digital Products Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This includes, but is not limited to, our travel guides, packing lists, and other downloadable resources.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
We will consider offering a refund in the following situations:
Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from downloading or accessing the digital product after purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide an alternative way to access your product.
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase. Please contact us with proof of the duplicate transaction within 7 days.
